Lara was an integral and highly respected member of our Lon team, involved in guest services (including

front of house & reception) as well as several projects that are listed below -

- Lon website review and re-design, liaising with external contractors

- Lon website maintenance including CMS updates and image uploads

- Lon EDM design through Mailchimp and database management

- Seasonal menu and food design/strategy whilst creating new partnerships. Business development

- Assistance with the establishment of Lon's Artist in Residence Program and Lon Gallery

- Part of team involved in T ourism Award Submissions including business planning

- Management of events at Lon including creative workshops, weddings, yoga and corporate retreats

- Setting up our Little Shop of Lon on Shopify and developing relationships with suppliers

Lara worked with us as our Marketing Coordinator at Adelia Fine Foods for one year, and during that time, she made a lasting impact on our business. She brought a fresh and creative perspective to our marketing efforts, managing our social media content and accounts, EDMs and design work for our promotional materials. She also led the onsite setup of our factory shop front and played a key role in the redevelopment of our website, demonstrating her ability to think strategically while handling the details with care.

Lara was an absolute pleasure to work with – approachable, enthusiastic, and full of positive energy. Her caring personality made her a great fit for our team, and she consistently brought new ideas to the table. One of her most valuable contributions was highlighting the importance of strong, high-quality product imagery, a message that has continued to influence our brand approach even after her departure.
